- Few tomatoes
- Few small cucumbers
- Green peppers
- Feta cheese
- Hard yellow cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Cut the vegetables and the cheeses into cubes. Slice the onions and peppers.
Combine everything in a large salad dish. Salt it according to your taste and sprinkle with olive oil and chopped basil. Serve with home-style toasted bread.
