Homemade Roasted Potatoes
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 1 hour
- 1 kg fresh potatoes
- 1 large bunch of fresh rosemary
- Salt to taste
- 100ml olive oil
Soak and wash the potatoes. Line a large try with a baking paper. Put potatoes inside. Salt and arrange rosemary sprigs on top.
Sprinkle thoroughly with olive oil. Cover the try with foil and bake with ventilation turned on for about an hour at 200 degrees Celsius.
