Green Easter Salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
- 400 g mix of green salad - arugula, lettuce, spinach
- 1 tomato
- 50 g crumbled feta cheese1 tsp mix of white and black sesame seeds
- salt
For the dressing
- 1 tsp honey1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1-2 tbsp vinegar
- 1-2 tbs olive or argan oil
Wash and drain the greens. Cut tomatoes into cubes. Prepare the salad dressing in a small bowl or jar.
In a large bowl, dress the salad and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and crumble feta cheese. Serve with tosted pita bread and roasted lamb.
