2-3 tbsp oil
5-6 grains allspice
3-4 dried red peppers

Roasted Eggplant with Chili Pepper

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30minutes
Serves: 2
2 eggplants
2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt
olive oil
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise. Then quarter each half. Arrange the pieces in a single layer on a roasting pan. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Toss with olive oil. Position a rack in the middle of the oven and bake for 30 minute until golden brown at 170 degrees Celsius.
Serve immediately.

Put mint leaves in a blender with 2-3 spoons of yogurt and blend for 2 minutes. At the remaining yogurt, the water and salt and bland until receiving smooth consistence. Serve in a tall glass.
